Changing module

I want to change the default remember me to not.
I tried editing class.module_login.inc.php but it seemed to have no effect on the login screen.
Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Do you talk about standard login or Sitemanager Login module.
 class.module_login.inc.php is for the logindialog within websites done by sitemanager.

If you want to get rid of the "remember me" stuff alltogether:
1.st thing is, you can switch it off in setup

2.nd: phpgwapi/templates/idots/class.idots_framework.inc.php (around line 401 (in trunk))

As I never liked the default "forever", I changed it now in Trunk to "not". 

I'm going to port that back to the active branches, as it makes security-wise a lot more sense.
