Unable to Access XUbuntu Repositories ... Ubuntu 12.04

The specified for, shown below is acceptable for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS:

deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/eGroupWare/xUbuntu_10.04/ ./

But under Ubuntu 12.04 LTS the above format seems to be unsupported (no files are found).

Can anyone provide an explanation or fix?

The files under the repository exist and are viewable from a browser.
But, if one points Ubuntu 12.04 to the directory using deb .... (as
noted previously), apt-get does not recognize the repository.
